EXERCISE AND SWIM LESSONS

Hydro-Pilates and/or Yoga Classes

Join your friends for weekly aqua-fitness with Hydro-Pilates and/or Yoga classes at CCC, both taught by certified instructors. Aqua-fitness sessions in the pool will combine elements from Pilates, Yoga and Aerobics and will work on improving balance, coordination and cardio-fitness.  You do not need to know how to swim to participate in this class.  Yoga classes will be held in the Pavilion and will focus on increasing flexibility and balance, as well as relieving stress and relaxing. Join us for either or both!
