Welcome to the Camelot Community Club (CCC). We are very excited to welcome the return of current members and potential new members to another great summer. New Member Options:

There are 2 options for new members at CCC. 

“B” Memberships: The first option is to sign up as a full voting or permanent member.  This membership type is classified as a “B” Member.

• When a member signs up for this membership, they also agree to pay a one-time capital contribution fee.
• Members pay annual fees but can opt to pay the capital contribution all at once or on a three-year Installment Plan. 
• Once the capital contribution is paid in full, members are only responsible for the annual membership dues and the annual maintenance fee. 
• Membership is a family rate and this membership comes with voting privileges.  
  The current rate for a “B” membership is $545. 
• The one-time capital contribution fee is $500.
• Members who opt to pay their capital contribution on a three-year Installment Plan pay the following: $200 the first year of membership; $175 the second year of membership; and $175 the third year of membership.
  
• 2012 Maintenance Fees are $40 per membership. Member families have the option to have maintenance fees rebated back by attending a minimum of 2 hours at the CCC Pool Clean-Up Days at the beginning of the season.
  

Trial Memberships: CCC also offers new members the opportunity to “try” membership at the pool.  

• Trial memberships are non-voting and are available for one year only. 
• All Trial members are encouraged to convert to a full “B” membership for the second year. 
• The second year is when the capital contribution would be due either in full or via the Installment Plan.
• The current rate for a Trial Membership is $500.
• Trial memberships are exempt from paying maintenance fees.

Current CCC Members:

Member families of CCC are classified as either “A” Members or “B” members. 

“A” Memberships:

• “A" members are members who satisfied their capital contributions several years ago by paying upfront for the pool renovations that make CCC beautiful today. 
• As such, “A” members pay a lower annual membership fee.
• “A” memberships are no longer available as a new membership. 
• “A” member families may transfer their membership one time to another family. 
• When an “A” member transfers their membership, the new member becomes a “B” member. This new “B” member pays the current annual membership fee but is not responsible for the current capital contribution. This transfer must be accomplished in writing and agreed to by both parties. 
• “A” members are solely responsible for the transfer of their membership.
• Membership is a family rate and this membership comes with voting privileges.  
• The current rate for an “A” membership is $445.
• 2012 Maintenance Fees are $40 per membership.
• Member families have the option to have maintenance fees rebated back by attending a minimum of 2 hours at the CCC Pool Clean-Up Days at the beginning of the season.
  

“B” Memberships: “B” Memberships are available at CCC to new members or current members.

• “B” Members can be fully paid in their capital contribution (either through payment or an “A” member transfer.) Or “B” Members can be in the midst of an Installment Plan for their capital contribution.
• Membership is a family rate and this membership comes with voting privileges.  
  
• The current rate for a “B” membership is $545.
• The one-time capital contribution fee is $500. Members who opt to pay their capital contribution on a three-year Installment Plan pay the following: $200 the first year of membership; $175 the second year of membership; and $175 the third year of membership.
  
• 2012 Maintenance Fees are $40 per membership.

Waiver Memberships:  If for any reason an existing “A” or “B” member does not pay their annual membership dues, they may apply for a one-time only membership waiver.  This waiver allows the member family to maintain their membership by depositing a $100 fee for the pool season.  This fee is then deducted from their membership fee the following year. Members who are currently exercising their waiver are not eligible to utilize the pool and its facilities until their return to full membership status and their dues and other applicable fees are paid.  Members who want to exercise their waiver must do so in writing prior to CCC opening for the season. 

Note: Members who do not pay annual membership dues or who have not exercised their waiver are considered new members with all new member fees applicable upon their return.

Promotions

2012 Registration is Coming Soon-
Register before May 12, 2012 to receive 5 free guest passes (a $25 value).  2012 annual membership payments must be received no later than May 19, 2012 to avoid incurring a late fee of 10%.  You may send in your membership statement (mailed to you in early April) or pay online via PayPal on the Registration page (online processing fees apply).

“Member-Get-A-Member” Campaign Returns - Any member family in good standing with CCC that brings in a new member family to the pool will receive a reward of their choice.  The new member must list your family name on the “Referred by” line on the new membership application form in order for you to receive the credit. For every new membership you refer, you can choose from the following options: a rebate credit of $50, a book of 10 guest passes for 2012, a $50 donation for pool improvements, or an admission for two voucher to an upcoming adult social.
